What we keep about you and why, in plain words. Last updated 28 October 2026.

What we collect

Your email address, to sign you in and to send you the code and your request alerts.
What you put on your page: name, photo, work, links, services and prices.
Requests and messages that clients send you, and any files they attach.
Simple visit counts for your page: how many views, how many visitors, how many opened the quote form. A visitor is counted by a random id, not by name or address. We also keep the visitor's country, the hour of the visit and the site they came from, never their address, and we do not guess age or gender. We also count how far down the page visitors scroll, which pieces and links they open, and whether they open the message or quote form without sending it. These are plain totals for your page, never a record of one person.

One cookie keeps you signed in for 30 days. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not run third-party trackers on your page.

You can change or remove your work, links and requests at any time.
To delete your account and everything on it, write to hello@myprtfl.io from your sign-in email and we will do it.

When someone sends you a request, their name, email, message and files are shown to you. Treat them as you would want yours treated, and do not use them for anything except answering that request.
